This is a complete set of two soft black overprints and is all there is for this town. Upper characters read 中華民國 Chinese Republic the two lower characters are unclear but may mean Temporary Use. Chan describes these as "Private Overprints" meaning that they were created for resale to the philatelic market. These are the only stamps known for this village.
